SMS Terms & Conditions for MMI Construction

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messaging (SMS) communications from MMI Construction ("MMI", "we", "us", or "our"), a civil construction company specializing in underground utilities and related services.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from MMI (for example, by checking a box on a form, replying “YES”, or otherwise opting in), you agree to these terms.

Types of Messages You Can Expect to Receive

If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages related to our construction services, including but not limited to:

  • Project updates and scheduling notifications

  • Appointment reminders

  • Job site or delivery alerts

  • Underground utilities coordination updates

To stop receiving SMS messages from MMI at any time, simply reply STOP to any text message we send you. After you opt out, we will send a confirmation message and stop sending further SMS (except for any final confirmation if required by carriers).
